Launch Firefox

Tools . . . . Add-ons . . . . Get Add-ons

Browse All Add-ons (top right)

Search for Popup ALT Attribute

Select - Popup ALT Attribute

Click "Add to Firefox"

Follow the instructions

I have only checked these instructions on Mozilla Firefox v.3.0.5
